Title: Ammo background check law Calif squashed
Post by: DeadNutz on April 24, 2020, 11:36:59 AM
A federal judge has ruled the Calif ammo background check law violates the 2nd Amendment. The same judge struck down the 10rd magazine limit law and the state is appealing that to the 9th Circuit. Constant battle against the commies in CA.

Someone needs to relive Lex Luthor's plan and activate the San Andreas fault.
So ca can just float away.

it's being appealed by that loon CA AG Xavier Becerra. He's truly one of the most biased members of the ruling west coast liberal elites. Good news is that since his election, Pres. Trump has restructured that crazy Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Hence, there's a very good chance that the court will uphold judge Benitez' ruling.

Thank God for Judge Roger Benitez; who understands the importance of the 2A.

Ha-ha I'm old enough to know that scenario.  :08:

Dr. Sorin had a similar plan (i.e. View to a Kill)

Benitez refused to stay his order late in the afternoon on Friday, as he did on the mag freedom week and the crybaby state went straight to the 9th. The 9th issued a stay just before 10PM Friday night. WTF, When does the govt ever work that fast? Something, something, bias...

And to think that the voters approved of that law. Voting to deny themselves their constitutional rights pretty well sums up Calif.
