A birthday gift from my brother
« on: January 23, 2021, 02:17:43 PM »
Received some tools in the mail from my brother. A belated birthday gift.
S-K zip case with 3 (out of 5) small needlenose pliers. And a swivel socket set in 3/8", SAE.

Cool!

Love both of those. It seems like the reconnection with your brother is on a good path. :great:

Agreed DN!  A very nice gesture and he knows what you like.

Can't beat tools! Especially vintage and free!

Very cool, congrats.
You are lucky to have someone in your family that not only knows you love tools but knows what kind of tools you like.

It's always nice when someone was thinking of you and know you like tools, but theres an entire market of tools made for ignorant people to buy for Christmas and fathers day...ect.
It's the thought that counts of course, but it's a very awkward situation when you get an electric adjustable wrench or some other Bob Vila special for Christmas.
Always lookin' to learn
