Found a nice pile of stuff at my favorite Phoenix pawn shop on Friday. Here's the lot.

Found a VACO long 3/8" nutdriver! Handle has been wrenched on - might have to swap out a NOS handle if I can't clean this one up. But the broaching is pristine.  :)

Some Snap-On items, and little lockable containers that will probably pull duty for me as loose drill bit containers.

A mini CO2 gun used for clearing out plugged condensate lines. It's hand sized unit really pays off when reaching into tight spots or crawling through an attic. I believe it uses standard CO2 cartridges that are available everywhere. Never actually had one, figured it couldn't hurt having it around.
Also a drill index in a style I've not seen before.

A Screwball driver that needs the lauver treatment. Also a Jamestown 2-in-1 stubby and a Hy-Pro bit driver? Gotta be able to use that for something.

A grip-less Klien 5/16" nut driver in long style (magnet still intact). Thanks to JAFE I can now recognize Klien's without the rubber cover.
And a Bell Systems driver that's been ground down into a scratch all. I have plenty of awls but always liked the Bell System driver handle shape.

A Tru-Test ratchet and no name breaker bar, both 1/4" drive and frozen in rust. Should be able to bring these pieces back to functionality. And a VACO copper shanked tool - I have no idea what it does.

A tube of Heli-Coil inserts, and a handle for what I think belongs to a clamp of some kind. Should be modifiable for something.

A Bonhdus ball hex driver, and a Pittsburg allen in 1.5mm. I don't think I have one that small, so, into the box it goes.

Some nice pieces there.

Thinking the CO2 gun could be handy for you.  Never knew they existed, mini or otherwise.  Are they used other places then HVAC?

Stubby 2 in 1 could be real handy and a space saver in a road box.

Gotta save the Bell systems handle, good call

The Lauver treatment, man it works and he does it well.  I only have patience for hitting the handles with a little rubbing compound and the air buffer, makes a difference quick.  Have gone a bit further a few times but never the "Full Lauver" :))

Started attending to the tool lot today. Good news and bad news.
Good news is both the 1/4" drive ratchet and breaker bar are operational. Odd rocking pawl mechanism on the ratchet - took soaking in JAFE juice for about 3 hours before I could finally get the pieces all separated - after another hour.
Bad news is I know why the technician ditched the mini CO2 gun. The main sealing ring is badly distorted. I'm hoping a regular O-ring can be made to work and not a specially-ordered one from Diversitech. I'm thinking if it was easy the guy would've done it - him pawning it makes me think it's gonna be a specialty part. We'll see. Phil, per the company catalog it's intended only for oil burner and condensate drain cleaning. I don't know what else you'd use it on. maybe filling basketballs? And it might pop them? Dunno know.

The Hy-Pro driver's use eludes me. It's a bit driver but not a regular size. Several mini bits I had didn't fit. Only one was on ebay, and that ad had no additional info for me. A search of the name yielded everything but tools. I guess I'll pull out some allen wrenches and test fit to see what size the hex is, then try and find a bit or two.

Cleaned up the Screwball, and put it with the other one I have. might have to have a sale of those. I've got so many ratcheting ball drivers now it's pretty hilarious.

It's an oddball for sure. The size isn't usually marked on interchangeable bit drivers.

I'm familiar with Hy-Pro filtration and pumps but a quick search didn't show an obvious connection between either of those outfits and a Mass address.

Regards bit size try gauging it with inch and metric hex keys. There is some euro stuff that uses metric bits.

Search the address dummy :-[

Found this which connects to taps.

OSG currently uses "Hy-Pro". Work back thru' trademark records and it leads to the original registration #399,496.
