Title: SNAP ON WHATS IT FOR ??
Post by: ken w. on March 16, 2019, 10:07:06 PM
I picked this Snap On tool today because it was cheap and I didn't know what it's for. I punched it up on the net and came up with fan wrench. It didn't say for what model it fits. Any idea's ? It part # S 9483.  The wrench is 1/2" and it's 20" long.

Less for one make/model and more for general use with metal fans especially before fan shrouds were popular. Skinning knuckles on a radiator is no fun and this is one tool they could probably have charged whatever they wanted for.

I had a Mac copy of that, used it a lot in the 70's. The right offset makes it work better.
