I need assortment of flat blade screwdriver in various sizes. They need to be sturdyset like the old usa craftsman but i cant afford ebay prices for something thatll be abused
-
In my mind, best value would be these:
https://www.harryepstein.com/13-pc-proto-screwdriver-set.html
then throw in Wilde pry bars and scraper because shipping and making them stay screwdrivers.
-
I could use those!

I have both the Williams and the USA made Tekton. Both cost more for fewer flat head (that made me go out and get the long oops, bottom radiator hose clamp one) and the not a screwdriver, but straight flat prybar, separate.
I have seen some of these separate, and they remind me of a cross between Craftsman and Xcellites, that my dad has.
Sorry to spend your money.

I have few of those Proto yellow handles myself and favor them. The only down side to the set shown is all straight blades, no Phillips drivers.

Not a downside if you reread the first post.

I would recommend the Wilde screwdriver set HJE currently has on closeout if you want some tough flat blade drivers.
If you don't need phillips you can just leave them out because they are in a single listing of individual drivers so you can pick and choose.

Heres my order from epstein and it covers everything i need plus the prybars are nice ill have to add the big ones to my next order

You probably saved a bunch of money by buying them individually. I just have no idea of the sizes you needed.
Now does anyone know where to buy an 18-24" flat blade pry bar anymore (not bent tip)?

just out of your size range. john deere tool # ty26147, 25 inches long straight shank.
i think it is the same one i have. john deere is actually a pretty decent place to get pry bars. they have the illusive small one, about 8-10 inches long if i recall all the way up to i think 41 inches. they have typically been us made. my guess is wilde but can't say for sure.
