Saw a bin full of these at the ReStore last week.

First I'd ever seen, and "Precision" none-the-less.

Is it for left handed or right handed screw drivers? Why does a screwdriver need to be sharpened?

Odd thing is that is has been there almost 2 years.  The local ReStore does markdowns monthly by the date on the tag.  How about a photo of it out of the package or an action shot?  I've always just used a fine file to true up screwdrivers.

Interesting, I've never seen one of these before.

There's a local store ( well my moms house where I used to live is pretty much just across the street ) that carries pretty much every tool SE offers and I've certainly never seen one of these.
Btw the brand is mostly cheap junk but they've got some stuff that's not totally worthless for the price.
