That wasn’t technically a restoration but they did an excellent job.

That’s a nice fox.

That was a nice thing for ford to do, good image boost also .
But WTF is it with all these men crying like 2 year olds all over the place these days ..?. I'm so sick of grown men (physically) acting like a bunch of split tails, boo frigging hoo at the drop of a hat, not a good look.
Control, quit wearing your emotions on the shirt sleeves... man up already :-\

With that kind of ideology, it’s no wonder the suicide rate among men is 3.5x that of women. Showing your emotions, good and especially bad, is discouraged. The man gets SURPRISED by his family and it brings him to tears he then steps away to compose himself and for THAT you criticize him?

Listen, I worked a suicide HotLine for a few years, that means live communication with real people in real time crises, . You are off track with that statement.
I used the situation to make a point, sorry not really for upsetting you. But thanks for reflecting what is wrong today.
Strong men do not commit suicide, they survive. Again to may cry babies "sticks and stones may brake my bones. But names will never hurt me ....
I will never be politically correct, will say what I damn well please and do what I want.
Cheers

It's cool of Ford to have done this, but was that ugly SOB worth the " restoration " .
They might as well have restored a Yugo ;D

It is always good to see people and companies do things out of the goodness of their heart. Kudos to Ford for making it happen.
This was one of my favorite news stories this week but the best one was the Southwest Airlines Captain getting to fly his father's remains back to Dallas. The last time the Captain had seen his father was when he was 5yrs old and his father was leaving Dallas for Vietnam in 1967 where his fighter was shot down and his remains recently recovered.

I don't know what you call a restoration, but that sure looks like one to me.
Very nice gesture by Ford.
**EDIT** - I presume you are referring to a 'factory correct' restoration, which this obviously is not.
Beg pardon.
-
However you define what they did it looks like new to me and i would be thrilled to own it.

Not a single ‘93 Mustang came out of the factory with that drive train. That’s a resto-mod. It’s beautiful work but not a restoration.
