The old theater on Sealy Street in Alvin, Texas. Our neighbor , Soccoro Garcia was the projectionist in the 60's. His son, Sam and I once worked there cleaning the theater for $12 each, every two weeks, along with free movies and popcorn.

Wow, looks like the theater I grew up going too.  Must have been standard architecture.  The local arts center took it over probably 20 years ago or more and restored it and repurposed it.  Not only movies but has a stage for plays or bands.  A gallery upstairs too.  Gets used a lot till covid.
