That is a good deal for new with free shipping.
On a side note, those sellers who fly the US flag in their ads while selling import crap can shove it.

I bought the 1/4 a couple months ago.
I think they were some of the last of the indestro ratchets.
Mine was extremely late, so late that they ju used a chrome colored sticker on the selector instead of stamping it.
