Exactly. Most of the tiny phillips screws that need this size bit are on electronics and such. But virtually all #0 screwdrivers are too small for my arthritic hands. So a "normal" sized driver with the tiny end bit is perfect - for me anyways.

Though my Proto yellow handle #0 phillips is just fine.

Maybe take a #0 shaft and epoxy it into a full sized handle ?
