To be honest these days I have more trouble with aerosol dusts getting in and irritating my eyes, and most breathing masks just cover your nose and mouth. Prolly thinking I should go with a surplus military gas mask to cover my whole face.  :o

Just an update. I got the type DeadNutz suggested in post #6. I decided to try them and the need was pretty immediate. They work quite well - I was very pleased. I did a bunch of drywall sanding and the dust stayed on the outside where it belongs.
