A lot of good stuff in there, is the 1/4 set complete?

In any case, there is a good chance that would have come home with me too...

I've got that one in blue. The telltale sign of the tool totes for these boxes are they have the rounded corners.

Nice snag!

Some nice vintage tools as I spy an S-K Wayne DOE in the drawer of wrenches. How big are those 8 point sockets?

Like the gold pinstriping.  Have not seen that on a Huot before.

GF, Huot is from Minnesota.  Is that what you were referring to?

All, I'll get more pics when I clean out the boxes and inventory them.

Attached is the pic of the other Huot I have.

I figured you were thinking Beach, they do have some design similarities.  Still haven't seen a Beach box in the wild here in Georgia.

Same here -- I haven't seen Beach boxes in a very long time. I stumbled across a pristine stack back in the early 2000s, but as soon as it was listed on CL the guy had over a dozen very high offers from all around the DC Metro area. Even back then they were considered something special.

Don`t you love digging through a score like that, nice grab.
Is the need enough? Or does the want suffice?

I've started going through it.  Lots of S-K, Craftsman, Indestro, Thorsen with some Sparta, Fleet, Action, etc.  Mostly older American made tools

Nice snag. I found the same box locally a couple of years ago and brought it home. Mine is same color, no pinstripes nor tool stash and cost me roughly $60 as I recall. I made it my main metric box sitting it on top of a large three drawer Cman mid box. Mine is in as found condition and condition is very much like yours.  :cool2:
You boys better hold on cause I'm gonna have to stand on it!
