I have seen worse for sure.   I had one manufacturer that made a beautiful machine until you opened the control panel.  Absolutely no effort to neaten the wires and the wires were no longer then necessary.  Was like that for years, they wouldn't change which was odd because the owner was a stickler for things looking good
