Haha, never heard it called that before. 

If you want to eat organic and you are in a metro area, Wholefoods is a good choice from what I understand. 

And yes it costs a lot more then regular food

Well hell now that I know what you do , next time your in Seattle I have a 1947 KR Wilson 50 ton press that needs a rebuild. I`ve already got the kit .
I have the best breakfast place here , ask m- fumich plus the best Russian café for lunch and a world class Italian and French place for dinner!!!
Is the need enough? Or does the want suffice?
