Well hell now that I know what you do , next time your in Seattle I have a 1947 KR Wilson 50 ton press that needs a rebuild. I`ve already got the kit .
I have the best breakfast place here , ask m- fumich plus the best Russian café for lunch and a world class Italian and French place for dinner!!!

Good because it's all superb. It's taken me awhile to accumulate these places not being from here I`ve found American food wanting.
Also have a Aussi fish and chip place and my mate owns the Australian pie company.
Is the need enough? Or does the want suffice?

I'd love to find good American food around here. My community has 260 food service permits. probably 240 of those are Mexican food.

 I've driven 60 miles to closest Cracker Barrel for meatloaf.   ;D

Looks like the concrete grinding didn't quite get it level.
