Aussi fish and potato scallops. The fish is Whiting from OZ and the scallops are a big slice of potato dipped in batter and deep fried.

I need some critical input from you George if possible. The owner of the company the wife works for is taking us to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse tonight. They recently built one in a casino in Reno and when he flew in Sunday and saw it was where he is staying he tried it and ranked it as one of their best locations he has been to.
Since you were there a week or so ago what was that steak that looked so good in the pic you posted? In looking at the menu online I know it will be a tough choice.
