I miss eating Mexican food....Not that this food drowning in cheese that they call mexican food in the midwest is bad but its not mexican food. 

Some of the best tacos and tamales I ever had in my life where served out the back of a early 90's Pontiac Trans Sport by a woman and her 2 daughters while we worked on a border fence project.

There was a food truck parked one block over from us in East LA. I really miss their 50 cent Carnitas tacos that were loaded with pork, onions and cilantro. They also gave you a bag of pickled carrot and radish slices along with whole jalapenos and plenty of salsa.

We got taco trailers from all over, its like a tour of south America. Catracho and Guerenese aint too bad. I'm still partial to TexMex.
