This is the back of the wifes car.  A bunch of stuff, but the ammo cans make it more organized.  Each one is a different kit. Left to right: jumper cables (road side stuff), survival kit, tool kit, trauma kit.  That trauma kit has been used several times before leaving for the ER.  Seems kids are really good at hurting themselves.

Got this box in a bucket of stuff at an estate sale. Made a pretty good little 1/4 drive metric set with it and got a cew more things ojt of my drawers..

This box and some of the sockets was an estate sale find.  The ratchet was my first sk. I found it on the side of the road 20 years ago. It was froze up and with a little work i got it running again. A few months ago i got sk to send me ojt a head kit because it needed it (for free). Its the single ratchet ive used the most all these years. Put my first engine in a camaro with it.

Good job on the 1/4" drive set! -- I pieced a few together myself from odds 'n ends sitting in various boxes. They usually find their way into the trunk emergency repair kits of our family cars.

Forgot to mention im a little bit of an axe junkie

Got some nice doubles and some nice Michigan's there.
If I had to guess the 2nd double looks like a Woodslasher and the one with the bevel looks like some other kind of Kelly True Temper based on the looks of the bevels but I'm probably way off base.

Here's my two latest axes.

This one's a TT Woodslasher boys axe I bought two weeks ago that wasn't used enough to loose the burr the edge had from the factory.
Oh and a friend sent me a Slasher hatchet to go with it.

And this ones a 4lb TT KELLY handmade peeler I got for $5 at a neighbors yardsale a few weeks ago.

Nice! Most of my double bits are some sort of kelly. I believe the first one is a woodslasher. The second isnt marked. Its a smaller version. I believe the call em cruisers or cedar pattern.

I carry a kelly vulcan on a 28 inch handle in my truck, just incase. Along with some other stuff. Did a video on it. Look up my youtube channel if your i terested. Its called backyard self reliance.

If it's got a smaller eye and the head is in the 2-2.5lb range it would be a cruiser axe.

Does the cruiser have these distinct ridges running down the eye like this ?

Yes of course, a cruiser is a small double bit and a boys axe is a small single bit.
The point of the picture is the eye ridges, these are the tell of a TT Woodslasher axe, and I think the Kelly Woodslasher cruiser currently made by Barco industries even has them.
4 ridges are found in the last of the original slashers and 6 in the earlier ones.

For some reason i bought a vintage craftsman cantilever tool box today off ebay. I dont need it, really cant think of a use for it, but ive always wanted one and this one was $50 shipped. The cstch is there is something not quite right. It may need some tweaking
