I hit yet another old technology crisis, my tablet blew up, and old used phones were not all working well.   No wifi at the house so I had to go mobile on phones.

So I took some time to get a new perspective on life.

Still doing mechanic crap and the bike stuff.   Not all that much has changed.  Most of the big projects on the house are done.

I still have to test the current crap phones to see which will post pictures.   But no rush on that.

I will be back here more. When Telcel lets me.

I was never very far away.  Just skillfully dealing with online issues. :33:

Glad your house is coming along and that you're actively back online. How's that young man of yours doing?

My baby boy is turning 10 soon and doing well.

He got his first real bike over the holidays and is learning to navigate public streets on it.  That grown up already.
A bit misguided as he expressed interest in becoming  a mechanic and knows tools, which way to turn a bolt to tighten it.  He too will never have money if he goes there.  Lol!

Glad to hear you're OK.
Computer issues are such a pain. Just had to upgrade my 10 year old desktop. Loved that Lenovo!
Oh, and I agree with the future mechanics scenario. Nobody wants to/can afford maintenance and repairs, instead opting for buying new. Doesn't bode well for us fixers.

Glad to hear all is well and your little boy is not much of a little bit anymore!

Brian, glad to see you posting.  Can't believe Manny is 10.  Also glad the house has come together.  One thing I have learned about houses is they are never done.  If you live in one long enough, you will likely redo the things you did 20 years ago because it needs it again :c002:

I can definitely vouch for that statement. When we moved into this house, my wife wanted the master bath and family rooms a certain way; a decade later she changed her mind and wanted to change it again -- along with doing the living and dining rooms. -- LOL

Most all of the house is cement with paint and some areas tiled walls. I won't be remodeling anything more than a repaint.    Plumbing is inside those walls and won't see work in my lifetime.

I overkilled the electrical installation so that is only details in my lifetime.  I want to be a lazy jerk when I am 80.  Spend my time on hobbies and not drywalling.
