I just got my TEKTON hook and pick set, I was not expecting them so soon and in fact they were actually delivered to the wrong house.
A neighbor from around the block who's packages I occasionally receive ( same # different street ) came walking up with a black package and I knew right away what it was.

I didn't even think about it before, but they made sure the shanks are aligned with the name on the handle and that's a nice touch.
That is the way it should be though , it's not functionally important but it shows they care.

$20 with free shipping too, you may want to get a set.
I paid $18 shipped after the few $ in rewards I had built up.

Saw those on Tekton's website...very tempting.

These little USA made prybars on eBay (or ch3) like muddy bought are tempting too..

Are you sure those are USA made ?
If I knew they were I'd order some, but based on the price I'm certain they have to be imported.

If the company making the classic shirt pocket screwdriver was making them I'd certainly buy a few, I don't remember their name but the company has been making those screwdrivers in the US for a very long time and they've always got their name on the clip.

those definitely look imported but I could be wrong...
Snappy is now making them with their classic hard handles and pocket clip in 4 colors

I'm positive they have to be.
The company I was thinking of was Alexander I believe if they're even around anymore.

I have no doubt that the snapon is good, but they look a bit bulkier than what I've got in mind.

MAC was the first one I've seen to have these.

MAC and Snap-On are out of stock in their website.

They definitely are bulkier the the standard round style pocket screwdriver, but not really noticable when in your shirt pocket.

You know, I figured the guy was making them here since he used to be a SO dealer.  States he has sold them for a couple years to dealters.   I dunno, you'll have to ask him.

The red ones are readily available with the Snap on logo and the green with the Matco logo, COO listed as China on Ebay and the identical examples are all over the internet in various colors .
Jersey discount tool offers a multi pack for pretty cheap too.

To me it's the kind of thing I'd pay $1.50 for out of a jar on the counter of the local auto parts store or something,  but I don't think I could bring myself to spend more than that on one.
If US made I would easily spend $4.99.

Bought a stand for the grinder, it's a beast 80lbs, JET. They really make some good stuff. Fast shipping, ordered it Sunday.

Looks nice.
The HFA stand I bought last year is pretty much worthless.
The tube is thin walled and I just couldn't get the base tight,  all it did was crush the tube.
