Woodruff keys

Does anyone know a good source of an assortment of keys, especially in the smaller sizes? I sometimes need 1's and 3's and more rarely need another size, but I am finding either big expensive sets like what McMaster has or smaller sets on eBay that don't have all the sizes I need. I hate to just need one key, and then drive down to NAPA to spend less on it than I did on gas. Or, they can't find it in the warehouse.

Have you tried Fastenal? -- they often have smaller kits at fair prices (not great prices, but their stuff is mostly US or European made).

Tractor Supply TSC has an assortment for @ $ 20.00 . Ebay is another option.
