OK, camera is back up. Here's the internals of the Indestro double ratcheting box wrench. Note to self: next time, pay better attention to how the springs are installed. Took a little testing to get it oriented right.
I put it together temporarily to test function - everything works fine. Now I have to figure out how to get it together lined up and with minimal protrusion of the bolts. Have 3 sets of fasteners to try - we'll see which set works best.
I think I like the DUNLAP version better overall. Though the Indestro is probably stronger in the head area as the steel totally encloses the gear, the DUNLAP has beefier pawls, a single spring, and the open edges allow for easier cleaning of the gear. Plus, you can flip the pawl if the tip gets worn - doubles the life of the pawl! Nice feature.
