One of my all time favorite 1/4 sets. A large =v= series with lots of goodies. The =v= series is my favorite because the tools were high quality at an affordable price.
Hi CRTDI - the only tool marked “Fleet” is the ratchet. All the others are only marked with a number and “Alloy”. But the reason I believe it’s an original set is that the socket numbers are sequential with the sizes up to 7/16.

I think Penens was the mother company and Fleet was simply a brand name. To make matters more confusing, check out this 50’s Challenger set.
