So a friend of mine drives a heavy haulage transporter. He did this shift last week not far from my house. Forestry hauler loaded up, shifted half a mile to the road then two miles down the road. He disconnected the dolly and backed it in off the road 100' to the new skid site. Total weight transporter and hauler 116 tons.

MAGA

If you can’t fix it with a hammer, it must be electrical.

That fishing rod storage is totally "out of the box" thinking. It's an amazing idea and design, and even more amazing that the company's management actually let them go ahead and put it into production.  --- Cool!!!!

For the crew of Tanker 134

"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;
Sunward I’ve climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth
of sun-split clouds, — and done a hundred things
You have not dreamed of – wheeled and soared and swung
High in the sunlit silence. Hov’ring there,
I’ve chased the shouting wind along, and flung
My eager craft through footless halls of air....

Up, up the long, delirious, burning blue
I’ve topped the wind-swept heights with easy grace.
Where never lark, or even eagle flew —
And, while with silent, lifting mind I've trod
The high untrespassed sanctity of space,
– Put out my hand, and touched the face of God."

Right, something a bit less sombre.

Stock car teams racing. Real stock cars that is, ones that hit each other. Basically sprint cars with armour. 100 points for first across the line, 40 for 2nd, then 25, then 20, the 10. Teams usually have one or two runners and the rest are blockers. There are some rules but it is the most brutal form of speedway. Spectacular hit on the runner starts at 2:40.

Another video from the same event with nearly no finishers and an engine letting go causing a white out.

Love it -- also love the cheering crowds. NZ's version of our southern "Good ol' Boys". They love dirt track racing and mayhem.

Kinda like demo-derby in a racing format.
