Has anyone tried the smaller curved jaw Channellocks ?
I was placing an order with HJE and the 9.5" #422-c were only $10 so I figured I'd add them to my order and give 'em a try.

I've got a pair of the GL12 parrot head curved jaws that I picked up somewhere, but they kind of suck in my experience.

Do these C series work well at all ?

I'm hoping they prove a bit more versatile than the standard #420 I've got in my house / go box, and since I've also got a pair of #426 In it I figured it would be good to have one pair with a different jaw pattern.

 I was just at the local hardware and they had these #422-C for $17.
I probably would have been happy to pay that, but I'm much happier about the $10 from HJE for sure.

they are solid! nice for working on stubborn pipes/bolts
how did you get them for 10 bucks? shows as 14.95 for me.

Oops, I was mistaken.
They were $14, it was one of the other items I ordered that was $10.
