How much of it was when they opened?

Supplies going up in price (sure metal was like everything else), awaiting drivers and deliveries, cost of help going up.

I'm sure the timing probably wasn't great.
Too bad they couldn't just keep going through some kind of exclusive contract with Snapon until profit margins grew.
