Chemtool plant goes boom

If you use Chemtool products like their carb cleaner you might want to stock up now due to the Illinois plant exploding and burning. They have or had 3 plants with another in IL and one in CA and I don't know exactly how their production is affected. I just hope everybody got out ok.

Crazy videos I've seen!  :-\

So, any guesses as to what caused it? Human error? Mechanical failure? Cyber attack? Running with reduced staff due to nobody wanting to work? Lack of prescribed maintenance to save money? Intentional disruption to the supply chain?

Or COVID?
