Seems like Speedway is making a big push into Tucson of late. Do you guys know about them? They're popping up all over, taking over abandoned stations all over town. Guess they're trying to compete with QT?

Pretty soon it'll be nothing but convenience marts, vape stores, and tattoo parlors!  :lol_hitting:

Still plenty of golf shops isn't there? I used to fuel up at TTT. I also went to Pima Air Museum when I had the time.

MAGA

If you can’t fix it with a hammer, it must be electrical.

Speedway is owned lock stock and pump by Marathon. If you notice you will rarely see a new Marathon station going up but speedways are spreading out fast. They sell the company gas cheep and make all of their $$ on cold beer and cheetos.

Bucc-ee's is on a whole level of it's own. Nothing I have ever been to anything that can compare. They take the "everything is bigger in Texas" multiply it by 4 or 5 and build a gas station with bathroom clean enough to sit down and have a meal (and im not even joking about that).

Finally got power yesterday, still don’t have water. Could be done next week if we would have had utilities, but the Corona stopped everything. It is 6 weeks for opening after power. The owner has to stock, fill tanks, train, test, etc.
