A minor haul

Their signs said big yard sale and it was big, but it was 98% knickknacks.

I didn't get completely skunked though,  and for $5 I got a 50ft tape a folding Arkansas stone, and an incandescent maglite solitaire.
They're not that bright,  but they are still useful for inspection inside of things like airgun compression tubes and such.

I saw the sign posted yesterday at the post office bulletin board so I was kind of thinking about it all day at work, I knew I just had to find at least one thing.
