Millers Falls was a great company beginning back in the 1800's.  They sold mainly wood working tools. However, as the 1900's moved on into later years they decided to start selling mechanics tools (a bad decision).  They went the way of Sears and had others make them.  All the tools they had others make had the mark MF in a short rectangle.  As I collect tools, mainly adjustable wrenches and socket sets I have in my collection two socket sets with the MF mark.  One is 1/4"-3/8" drive and the other is 1/2" drive.  Both sets are in black composite plastic boxes and date to the 1960's. On the outside of the boxs it says "Millers Falls" and also "The safest name in tools". Again, all the tools inside the boxes are marked MF in a short rectangle.
Got any pictures ?
