Wonder how much sodium he ingests with all the fast food. These weight loss crazes are often quite unhealthy, yet some folks seem to have good results despite the possible long term negative impact.

That said, I eat at McD's about twice a year (usually on a road trip), and particularly enjoy their double cheese burger.

I’ve not eaten at a McDonald’s in 5 years or more. Seems like it always left me feeling ill afterwards. Way too many carbs for a simple burger.

I like the Fish at MCD. Maybe once a month I will get a fish, no fries, and a half sweet tea.

I don't like burgers so it's the nuggets for me, but there have been many times where I just went for some fries and a Coke.
I really love their fries.
Always lookin' to learn

McDongles used to fry their fries in tallow, and they were wonderful. They aren't so good now.

I still get a craving for a Big Mac occasionally.  Also like the hamburger, cheeseburger and Quarter Pounder with Cheese.  Fries are still good to me, though I usually don't get them.  I tend to get a sandwich and bring it home and have with a Coke.  Egg McMuffin is pretty damn good for breakfast, I only need one.

ITs been a couple years since I had any, I was afraid the buy out would change them. Hope they get it figured out.

My favorite fast food now is Taco Bell Chicken power menu bowl. Funny name but great lunch.

If you can’t fix it with a hammer, it must be electrical.
