I am a 100% convert! Yuengling Traditional Lager

I have not bought an AB product since Yuengling showed up earlier this year.
You boys better hold on cause I'm gonna have to stand on it!

Mmm wonder if you can get it over here?
Is the need enough? Or does the want suffice?

Washington? No they haven't moved that far west yet. Kansas is farthest west.

Growing up 20 minutes from the brewery I have huge pride in Yuengling. Dick, and now his daughters are doing great things.

I'm so used to it just being on tap everywhere. In PA when you asked for a lager. You didn't need to say Yuengling. They knew which one you wanted. It's just know as Lager.

"What you want to drink?" I'll take a lager" it was just that way.

Now with all the craft brews and more chain restaurants unless the bartender or server was from the area you have to specify that you want Yuengling.

Been drinking Yuengling for 15 yrs (legally anyway) I buy a case a week.

I have a fair collection of Yuengling items. Including a keg bung from when they still did kegs at the Pottsville brewery. And this bar light.

It's been a staple in our house for many years. I also like many of their specialty brews. In fact they used to make a German style wheat beer that was excellent, but sadly it was discontinued several years ago. With AB tanking in the beer industry, people are taking the leap and trying new brands. Yuengling is definitely on the rise -...... and good for them.

as can be seen on the map. ND, MN and SD are hard no's as well as many others. when i can get it, we bootleg it in from ohio. have not had a ship, emt for a long time. it took as w hile to burn through the pallet smuggled from alababma in the ffire truck but that is another story.

my "import" beer of availability  right now is anything from new glarus out of wisconsin. tough to beat spotted cow, two women or totally naked beers.
from the ashes shall rise a phoenix

i was here when the hangout turned into mexican food site!

My beer of choice when I drank.  Liked their dark beer in the fall too.

I drank Coors for years and after switching to Yuengling, I had a Coors and didn't care for it.

I may of had my first Yuengling at Ray's years ago at a get together

If your a pilsner guy then yes. To me if you like miller lite (which isn't the worst beer in the world) then you'd like the pilsner.

They reported on TV here yesterday that Yuengling in Oklahoma will very soon be making their October beer. So I guess they now have a brewery in Oklahoma?

Great news Herb. Yuengling was on the move before the Bud Light debacle, but ever since the SHTF with Budweiser, the Yuengling brand has rocketed forward. It's a good beer, and a great traditional family values company. What's not to like? Hope you mid-western folks get to enjoy all their varied brews very soon.
