That is a good point.

Inspection sticker is dated 3/2021.
Every state follows NEC but some aren't on the current one which would be 2023. Some are way back but I think its 2020 or 2017 you have to have an outdoor disconnect beside the meter, that pic doesn't show one. Its hard to be code if you aren't familiar with the edition of code you are on.

Talked with my neighbor, original installer brought the job up to code, no charge.
