Another one of those ---  "Damn, I didn't think of that!" moments. Apparently EV battery packs can short circuit when the LI batteries are exposed to the salts and minerals that are left behind after ocean water in a flooded car evaporates. Significant infernos are occurring in garages, storage lots, and parking lots across the country where flooded cars are stored. Some commercial lots and garages won't even allow them to be parked on their premises due to insurance risks.

Sure!  I just did this one over the last week. Quick and dirty with paint I already had.  When I got it, it came with a bunch of Penncraft tools and the box and tray were covered in primer.  Its got some bumps and bruises but will be fine for a tool box for the truck.

“Blue collar yoga”  that’s funny!!! I can relate to that, I had a 78 Dodge that need constant dog house removal. Good job on the fix.

Can't take credit for that. Got it off of a Youtube video of a guy doing the TPS on an Astrovan. At the 55 second mark.

Thinking back I've done alot of that doing repairs and never knew what it was called! lol

OK, got the job done. Had to do some blue collar yoga for 5 hours, though. Both front seats, center console, and deluxe doghouse cover all had to come out. Then the regular dog house. Tiny little switch buried in there. Removed the PVC valve and line to get a little extra clearance. Alot of grinding my teeth and singing "sweet songs" as my big old hands couldn't get in there easily, but I got it done. Did the re-learn steps on the computer - seems to be OK. The next day or two of normal driving will tell.

But did get to use some tools I had bought but haven't had the need to break out. My Gearwrench ratcheting driver set with extensions and bits worked nice, and the new SK 1/4" ratchet worked great. And my 5/16" reversible GW ratcheting box wrench made doing the battery terminals a snap. And having the whole cab empty allowed for some overdue cleaning.

GENERAL TOOL AND MACHINE DISCUSSION / Possibility of another Craftsman box RESTO

Well, the monthly fireman sale is next week. There was a Craftsman box there last month, marked $15. Didn't look at it in depth, as I was focused on the sandpaper stash that I ended up getting. But if the box is still there, I might ask to drop the price and snag it. You know how I like doing the boxes up nice.   :)

So just fantasizing about doing it, wondering what color I should do. Considering white, black, dark green (like military) and pink. Like Pepto-Bismol. Figure a pink box would be the last thing stolen out of my truck, and maybe I could store my vehicle first aid kit in it. What do you guys think?
