Saw this at the local ReStore yesterday.
What time frame is this from?
-
I think early 1960's.

Did you buy it? Jointer, table saw and vert band saw. Wow, I am surprised, the few times I ever stopped at my local restore all the had was some old cheap worn out hand tools and homeowner grade Black & Decker crap that was equally worn out. I haven't gone in the Restore in years.
-
How much were they asking? I could have used one the other day!!

Some of my winter plans are to go to antique shops or indoor flea markets to find some good old tools.

I'm not much of a woodworker with just some homeowner power tools and saws so I left it for someone else.
My experience with the ReStore stores here is that there are usually some vintage power tools in decent condition. Probably cleaning out the garage of a deceased relative. Having helped relatives and friends with this, donating is frequently the easiest way to clean out the shop or garage.

I had one of those jointers in my shop for years. I think I used it twice. Finally sent it down the road. But I would have jumped on that table saw there. I cant seem to keep one of those around.

I have bought tons of good tools in flea markets, antique shops and hock shops.
