Embedding YouTube vids --

I can't seem to able to consistently embed YouTube vids anymore. I use the "YouTube" embed function provided by the forum software, but always get an error. It used to work flawlessly for me, but now I often get the following message ..

The above message came up when I tried to embedding the following URL........ 

https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=14&v=yNCaV3e9BEg


On the other hand, the following embed worked perfectly, and I used the same procedure as the attempt above... STRANGE

What's changed, and/or am I missing something in my approach?

The URL that wont embed has a start time code (watch?time_continue=14) in it. That is probably why it doesn't work.
