Digging around in an estate sale today, out in the country south of Eugene, I can across this in among the rusty junk:
I think that it is a '25 to '27 Snap-on ratchet. If it is, it is the first one they made, not given a part number and marked Milwaukee, the first place they manufactured at. It is non-reversible but missing the drive plug. My plan is to give it JAFE juice to get it ratcheting again, and then de-rust.
This was a place I never thought to find something like this. I thought the chances outside of Wisconsin were pretty much zero.
