Biden says they have the most extensive voter fraud organization. He read it off his notes so how did he mis-speak as even Fox news reporters are claiming. Fox news has jumped the shark and they are in my waste bin now.

I honestly believe he's mentally impaired due to his age. His handlers keep a tight leash on the guy because if they don't he will spout all sort of nonsense. BTW -- I think they (the campaign) have seen the damage that he's causing with his gaffs, and just heard on the news that he won't make any more public appearances until after the election.

Them putting a lid on it until the election says it all and they are afraid he will say something really bad. Kind of like this clip from Sunday where he thinks he is running against George though I don't know if he meant Bush or Washington. You can see Jill say Trump to him after he said it and I actually think that Jill has developed very good ventriloquist skills through necessity. Twitter link works now.

Have you ever heard of a guy hiding in his basement during the closing stages of a campaign instead of going around making his case why you should give him your vote?

He's absolutely mentally impaired, there is no doubt about that.  And he lied his ass off in the last debate over the grifting him and his son have done with China, Russia and Ukraine.
