So the libtard gov is trying to impose some fantastic new things here . Income tax on top of the already high 10% sales tax on everything.
If your a landlord after 2 years you cannot evict a tenant.
The cherry of the crop is you cannot see the results of a voting audit with out a court order....wow with liberal judges aplenty what are your chances. :38:

I also saw the story about how they are now going to arrest and prosecute the rioters. How did electing (fraudulently) Biden change the narrative?

They'll make all the owners of real property leave - and landlords go broke - so the gubmint can take over all said property. Then they'll restart the eviction law.

Michigan (where I grew up)

So after 2 years if the tenant stops paying you cant do a thing about it? Time to sell the rental property.
