Well, the anniversary went off well. Take out chimichanga's and stay-at-home movie.
One could do alot worse than tender chunks of savory beef!  ;)

Glad you had a good anniversary George -- congrats! Around here things are dead, and you know it's bad when my wife and daughter are looking forward to a trip through the drive-thu McDonalds to get a shake and fries later on today. What a deal!!!  --- LOL

I'm getting a lot done around the house. Being tied down does have its advantages. :93:

Yeah, I just told my wife that she's a cheap date! Take out and rental movie and I'm set! :))

Oh, we also made the trip across town to the only Cheesecake Factory in town. They were open for take-out only. The girl was running frantic with the phone and getting previous orders together, and apologized for the delay. I told her, "Don't worry hon. I'm celebrating my anniversary today, and after 21 years I can wait for my cheesecake!" Everyone laughed - and when we got home we found she had specially packaged our slices with extra whipped cream and candles. Nice touch.

I'm starting the second week working from home as NZ is locked down for four weeks, except for essential industries. I've been messaging with midnitemac and he is still carting apples as food production is considered an essential industry.

Yup , so far we going good down on the other island to where Rural is, roads are nice and quiet with only minimal traffic , not sure what will happen if we start to have cases inside our bubble in the industry, could be that the apples get left on the trees to rot , surely hope it doesn’t come to that ......this has been interesting for us to follow in NZ...... https://covid19map.co.nz/

Rural is in the Bay of Plenty and I’m currently in the Nelson Marlborough region.

I'm getting stuff in the shop done. I also hope none of the wife's coworkers get the virus.

Mowing working on the tractor greasing and all that fun stuff. Grading the driveway. Hopefully it will dry enough for me to tiller the garden spot.

Just staying busy while living the life. :cool2:

I'll be really surprised if this malarkey ends that soon. I suspect it will continue to be extended.

Anyway I've got honey-do projects on tap. never lacking for things to do around the house.
