Very sorry to hear this. Lung cancer is a terrible disease.

I lost my Mom to lung cancer in 2007.

My one piece of advise, take it one day at a time, make the best decision you can make at the time and dont beat yourself up over things that you cant control. Prayers for you and your mom.

Hang in there Dustin and provide her all the support you can. My mother died of lung cancer and I did hospice care for her final 7 months to make sure she had everything she needed to be comfortable. It is a tough road.

Tough decisions to make. Ones it seems I have been involved with too often the last couple years. If you, your mom are at peace with them it is much easier to deal with and I trust you will help her to get there.
