Nice work! A quick fix and beats buying new. I live on the country now, and almost every garage and barn in my neighborhood has at least an old buzzbox AC welder sitting in there somewhere.

Nice repair pep. That is how we do things in a rural area where there is no such thing as a quick trip to the store.
