A small handful of useful goodness. Three VACO drivers (a 2-in-1 and 2 nut drivers), an SK combo wrench 18mm, and a no-name refrigerant line piercing plier. Might prove useful for reclaiming old window units. $8 total

Is the Vaco reversible a DUH4 ?

I'm just curious if they had different models of these reversables in the standard size.

10-4     I have another one, might be one size smaller tips. I'm thinking of taking one and finding out what size hex opening it is, then making an adaptor to hold my one selection of bits.

Basically a needlenose vise grip with a steel piercing pin surrounded by a rubber gasket. When you clamp onto a copper line, the rubber compresses to form a seal while the steel pin pierces the tube. On the other end is a schrader valve to hook your reclaimer to so you can suck out the refrigerant. Makes recovering lot faster - especially if there are no OEM valves or they're buried deep inside.

This model has a set screw holding the piercing/valve assembly, so if it wears out you can easily replace it.

Sounds like a good modification, as long as the handle doesn't have the dreaded stink yet.

I'm not sure where exactly I put mine, but I know it's in the garage because I can smell it   :))
