The speculation is Trump is going to announce tonight he's running again.  Other than the true Trump diehards, I can't imagine anyone is excited.   :-[

He's just toxic at this point.
The repbs really need a face lift / re birth or they're dead.
Is the need enough? Or does the want suffice?

I really think the dems would not even be worried about him.
He's done and they know it.

I remember an interview where he said if he would ever run (long before) it would be as a Democrat.

Making that announcement, would give them fits.

He's done and they know it.

Problem is, he's trying to take the whole Republican party with him.  This is one hundred percent about his ego.

I will not vote for him, even if he's the nominee.  He doesn't deserve my vote again, not after all the shit he's pulled.

The shit he pulled? What about the dirty shit Hillary pulled with the FBI.

If Trump manages to achieve the nomination, you can rest assured he has Elroy's vote

Two wrongs don't make a right.  I won't say I won't vote for him if he gets the nomination, but hopefully there will be better choices.

"The speculation is Trump is going to announce tonight he's running again.  Other than the true Trump diehards, I can't imagine anyone is excited."

The most excited are Democrats and the mass media who will tie that tail on any Republican for the next two years, regardless of whether or not the Republican supports the guy.  Probably means a Democrat gets elected President in 2024 and who knows what happens in the House and Senate--likely nothing good.

I don't regret voting for the man in '16 and '20, but he doesn't deserve my vote in '24.  If he's the nominee, there is absolutely no way he can or will win.  His negatives are far too high to overcome, and that would be assuming he'd want to overcome them.  Which he won't because Trump doesn't learn anything.  There's too many people who won't vote for him, and there's no way anyone can change that.  He won in '16 because Hillary was the same kind of toxic candidate Trump is now.

Make him the nominee if you want to guarantee a 2nd term for Biden.

I would be surprised to see Biden run for a second term at this point.

Sadly our elections have come to the point of trying to pick the cleanest turd from the toilet bowl
