Multi-directional ratchet

Never heard of a ratchet that the drive plug will rotate up to 10 degrees off center axis. Never have seen this company before and the prices aren't cheap. I have seen a Garret Wade woodworking tools catalog. Mostly seemed like gimmicks or imported stuff.

Not seen these ratchets before but they do seem a bit gimmicky.
