Vise jaw pads - magnetic
« on: September 23, 2018, 03:12:02 PM »
I had not seen these before, but while dirt market shopping today, I saw these and wrangled the price down to a buck a pair. They will supplement nicely, my homemade versions that are not soft but do offer some protection from jaw marks.

A buck a pair? What caliber gun were you holding on the seller.

They work pretty good and absolutely worth having. At a buck a pair it's a no brainer. Most of the vendors at Pomona and Long Beach seem to want about $8 a pair.
People who confuse etymology and entomology bug me in ways I can’t put into words.

I have a pair that I got at a yard sale for $ 5.00. In the package was a receipt for $ 28.00.

Nice grab.  I need to put a set at the home vise as I am always putting tools in it.
