CRAIGSLIST FINDS 9-24-18

I answered 2 CL ads today. Here's what I picked up :
1. Columbian 43 1/2 swivel base vise. Repainted kinda poorly , but looks ok. $ 15.00. I offered $ 10.00 because of the
paint job , but they wouldn't budge on price.
2. Proto No. 4031 Puller set. Comes with 4015 & 4016 jaws. $ 25.00 .

That's a nice puller set.

The rustoleum overhaul should come off the vise easy enough.

Oh, that puller set is sweet, Ken!

I used a set like that years ago to pull rusted drive pulleys off of evaporative coolers. That set had about 3 or 4 more choices of pull arms. Dang was it nice. Probably costs $500 today.  >:(

Nice grabs.  On vises, the best I ever do is pressure wash them before I put a price tag on them.  I will say pretty ones sell quicker, but they all sell sooner or later

That puller set was a mega steal. even one of those you suck kinda deals.
