MicroMark specializes in small (and micro) tools and supplies. For tiny stuff they are great!
But hold your wallet - the tools are very small but the prices typically are not!

Commando Products has a nice selection of pocket multi-tip screwdrivers, oilers, and pin vises - as well as a soapstone dispenser! nice selection - fair prices.

Sorry, I did not look at COO on anything. But this 10 bit driver with internal storage looks killer!

While Micromark is a tad pricey I find they are of great quality.

You sure your not getting in to model railroading? Lol

I keep finding interesting pocket/tiny screwdrivers and bits.
