Worked in the garage all morning doing some oil changes and preventive maintenance on the family fleet.

Felt good to be back in the grease and oil.

Nice quiet Friday afternoon. Time to enjoy a new to me cigar. It came in a sampler that I received last Christmas.

Started harsh, but smoothed out a bit and has a wonderful fresh hay/cedar aroma.

Thanks to a suggestion from Jabber a few years ago I tried the AVO brand. It was new to me, but this cigar has quickly become part of my favorite humidor stock. Excellent floral and cedar taste and aroma.

Got a hold of some budget Factory Smokes by Drew Estates. They are a gift from an associate of mine. Very good consistent sweet tobacco and floral flavors. This is considered a true budget cigar, but it smoked wonderfully.

Agreed Tim! Just for the heck of it, I ordered a sampler of their other Factory Smokes lines - Maduro, Connecticut, and Sun Grown. They are resting in the humidor for a week and we’ll see what they bring to the table.

Went ahead and fired this one up tonight. Accomplished a few things today including swapping a three prong for a four prong cord on the daughters clothes drier and hooking up the washer at her and her significant others home this am. Also took a long the blower and cleaned out the gutters . I'm glad to help them as the significant fellow isn't much of a handy sort. Then the grand daughter and other daughter came over to swim. Threw out some stuff from the garage and took this in for an ender. Decent for the low cost. Good day.
