Did you forget my number?
Is the need enough? Or does the want suffice?

Averaged about 6-1/2" on the shell. Min legal is 5-3/4". My father is from the east coast and says the dungeness here are much milder tasting and not crazy mean like blue crabs.

Make a trip down in the next month, and we'll go while the fishing is good.

Yesterday, Sunday, and what a difference from a fortnight ago. On our fourth attempt (I'm counting Saturday as a third attempt as we had advertised that as the next date with yesterday as the rain off day) we finally managed to run our round of the National Offroad Racing Championships after postponing it twice before due to rain making the race track undriveable. Soul Church provided the catering and the steak sandwiches were excellent.

Got in a fight with a spinning radiator fan.....

 Lost

Not to major this time. Just a chunk of tip/fingernail. Everything still intact.

Ouch!! Been bitten a few times by fans as well. Mostly on old US made cars with the metal fans and clutches. Glad it's not too serious this time. Hope you heal quickly Tim.

WOW!! -- 1971 A-C forklift that's still in service? Never knew the company made that kind of equipment, but it says something about the quality of the machine and also the owner's maintenance commitment.

Allis Chalmers actually was an industrial giant back in the day. Made anything from hydro electric stuff to generators. Amazing what they had their hand in.

It takes a bit to get into it. But this film kinda goes into what all Allis manufacturerd back then.

My old employer had some 100hp Vertical Allis Chalmers electric motors. Looked like giant mushrooms. I wished I had snagged one of the 4X6 brass tags off them before they went to scrap.

Sold my chainsaw collection today.
Just don't look at it anymore. Time for somebody else to enjoy it.
